From Windsor High School to our elementary classrooms, the atmosphere buzzed with anticipation and enthusiasm as students eagerly embraced activities designed to foster self-discovery, empathy, and resilience.

At Windsor High School, students were treated to a half-day dedicated to unplugging from the digital noise and tapping into their inner selves through various self-care activities. From mindfulness exercises to team-building games, the day was a testament to the power of prioritizing mental health and emotional growth.

Meanwhile, our middle schoolers embarked on a day-long journey of self-exploration, with dance parties, yoga sessions, and creative expression workshops filling the halls. Led by dedicated educators and administrators, students delved into the core competencies of social-emotional learning, embracing the value of connection and self-expression.

Not to be outdone, our elementary students embarked on sensory adventures throughout the school building. From slime-making to glow-in-the-dark dance parties, the day was a colorful tapestry of exploration and discovery. Through team-building obstacle courses and storytelling sessions, students cultivated empathy and understanding, laying the groundwork for a compassionate community.
