J.F. Kennedy 5th grade student, Makhi Ettienne-Modeste was elected the 2022 Connecticut's Kid Governor during a surprise student assembly at the school. Makhi's platform was preventing animal cruelty. He will be sworn in to office in January and his cabinet will be the six student finalists that competed for Kid Governor. Congratulations to Makhi!
